Southeast Asian Markets Suffer in November
Shares of Alcatel-Lucent , S.A. ( ALU ) rose 4% up on Tuesday after the company announced its successful completion of a six-month trial of the 4G LTE network in Las Vegas. Alcatel Lucent conducted this public safety network trial in collaboration with Las Vegas Metro Police Department, the Nevada Department of Transportation and other first responders.
